I think I've purchased and tried all the available office suites (except iWork) on my iPhone/iPad and Documents To Go is the one that works the best on both devices with the most seamless integration to Google Docs.
I've refused so far to purchase iWork because there is no iPhone version. Spreadsheets are the most important office suite component to me and I need access to them on my iPhone as well as my iPad. For one price, documents to go allows me to access Google Docs spreadsheets from my iPad, iPhone, and Mac.
